Location: Belfast, NI, UK (Hybrid, in office 1 -3 days per week) Job Summary for role of Technical Writer: Join us as a Technical Writer, where you'll play a pivotal role in helping us to develop content for our suite of manufacturing and cost estimating software products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Writer to help us transform our writing content and deliver world-class documentation.
This role will report directly to the Head of User Content and will work closely with our development teams, product managers and a variety of our stakeholders.
Responsibilities for role of Senior Technical Writer: Deliver high quality documentation to our user base, primarily for our aPriori Cloud documentation set, including aPriori Design, aPriori Workspace and other products.
Work with the software and quality engineers, product managers, trainers, usability experts and other content developers within an Agile product development process.
Required Skills/Abilities for Senior Technical Writer: Bachelors degree in a IT related discipline, either Computer Science, Technical Writing or similar area.
Experience developing documentation for software products, with a track record of writing clear and concise comprehensive content for complex multi-level software products.
Hands on work approach with all levels of software.
Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare.
Inquisitive and driven mindset, with a passion for solving complex problems.
