Technical and Validation Quality Lead North Kent (hybrid working) £45-50k + bonus + bens Monday to Friday (flexi hours) We are delighted to bring to the market a brand new Technical and Validation Quality Lead role working for an incredibly sought-after employer within a scientific field, who offer a range of benefits and opportunities to their workforce.
Duties for this role include: Offering sound technical leadership to the Quality Assurance team Managing complaints from start to finish ensuring meticulous investigation of any technical product related issues Proactive problem solving any technical quality issues, from raw material through to finish products Liaising directly with a range of b2b customers ensuring the highest levels of technical accuracy and customer service, in person as well as over the phone and in writing Management of all validation processes across the site maintaining and updating the validation plan, accurately documenting all changes Extensive accurate record keeping using Oracle Overseeing all validation processes and reporting before final sign-off Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards Monitoring performance of the quality team, gathering and analysing data Continuous improvement through review of audits both internal and external Any other duties as required To be considered for this fantastic Technical Validation Lead role, you will be: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) within a relevant field (chemistry, materials science, food, life sciences or similar) Working within Validation within a relevant sector (ideally healthcare) A clear leader as demonstrated through your skills and experience Technically minded with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and concise fashion An organized, methodical project manager Experienced in managing validation processes from start to finish within a healthcare setting: process, test method, cleaning, FUE Flexible and able to drive with your own transport (essential) Able to work in the UK permanently with NO restrictions (sponsorship will not be offered for this position) The BEST candidates for this role will also have: Knowledge of Oracle Up to date knowledge of cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 Experience working with/knowledge of the FMEA process A Pharmaceutical background There are a million reasons why youd want to work for this business, including: Global market leader with significant opportunities for progression Forward thinking investors in people Values led ethos with shared goal of improving lives for people!
