We are now looking for a Technical Support Assistant to join us on a full-time, temporary basis for a 6-month contract at our Haverfordwest Creamery.

The Role As a Technical Support Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support within our Technical Department, assisting in maintaining high standards across our Haverfordwest site.
Supporting the Technical Team, youll ensure Certificates of Analysis are completed accurately, manage cheese release processes under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager, and handle stock counts and salvage disposal.
Additionally, you will: - Review and evaluate critical production paperwork - Conduct regular Good Manufacturing Practice Audits with the Quality Systems Manager - Provide general administrative assistance to the Site Team as required About You To be considered as our Technical Support Assistant, you will need: - Completed education in science, chemistry, biology, or physics, or relevant work experience in a quality assurance or technical role within manufacturing - Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages - Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to remain calm under pressure - Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Solid numerical skills and a keen eye for detail The closing date for this role is Friday 15 November 2024.
