In this role, you'll be instrumental in working collaboratively with all Stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that drive specification, project pipeline development, sales growth, and market share expansion across our product range.Responsibilities and DutiesEnsure Customer and Area Sales Targets are achieved or exceeded both individually and in support of our wider business;Develop, maintain, and pursue opportunities daily within the sales pipeline;Facilitate Design Team Meetings with key stakeholders; to explore solutions, discuss designs and conduct product demonstrations;Organise and deliver CPD's to Specifiers, Contractors and Sub Contractors in line with Company targets and strategy;Maintain up-to-date records in company's CRM tool "Keylink".
Appointments and summary notes/actions, new project leads, issues/complaints, pricing feedback, schedule/quote updates and competitor and market intelligence with area;Attend relevant industry events and organise corporate entertainment;Collaborate closely with the broader sales team, spanning across Group brands, as necessary;Instil and maintain a customer service culture where the customer always comes first.
