Job Description Our client, a global US multinational, is looking for a Technical Product Owner to drive digital transformation in their IT hub.
This role is central to enhancing customer engagement and streamlining processes through innovative digital products.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development: Identify and implement digital solutions that align with business priorities, driving exceptional customer experiences.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, aligning product roadmaps with organizational objectives.Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with internal development teams and third-party vendors to craft robust and scalable solutions.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all solutions are compliant and meet quality standards.Best Practices Sharing: Capture and disseminate successful practices to maximize value across the organization.
RequirementsTechnical Expertise: Proven experience in product development within a multichannel, digital environment, preferably with an understanding of email, web, data analytics, and peer-to-peer channels.Agile Proficiency: Strong foundation in Agile methodologies and supporting technologies.Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to assess and communicate the value of technical solutions, backed by business cases.Collaborative & Influential: Effective at working cross-functionally and influencing without formal authority.Adaptable & Compliant: Skilled at adopting new technologies and maintaining compliance.
