Technical Hardware Support Specialist (Security Cleared) Sector: Public Sector/Defense | Location: Northwood, UK | IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Start Date: 15 Jan 2025 | Contract Length: 48 weeks (extendable) We're seeking a Technical Hardware Support Specialist to manage hardware, software, and user support in a high-security environment.
Key Responsibilities: Account management, updates, diagnostics, and backup configuration.
Hardware and network troubleshooting, system maintenance, and recovery plans.
Supporting cybersecurity investigations and ensuring compliance.
Responding to user issues with a written response within 30 minutes.
Qualifications: Security Clearance: Mandatory - SC / DV / NATO 3+ years' experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
