About The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an all-rounder supporting the Sales, Design and Projects team to create compelling and successful tenders/bids for projects and other business opportunities.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Coordination & Support Communication with both internal and external stakeholders from project inception to project completion across Retail and Commercial projects Communicating of project changes to internal delivery team Work with the Warehouse Coordinator on product sample preparation for clients and Sales Team Support the Projects Team in the preparation and raising of the formal quotations Technical Coordinating retail client store rollout tenders and assisting in the evaluation of project tender documentation received from clients.
Identification of appropriate LPA products and sourced products from existing and new partners/suppliers that meet the specification contained in the tender Obtaining price, delivery and supporting technical data from external partners/suppliers pertaining to the products to be offered Creation of Equivalence data and Pricing Templates Creation/coordination of LPA product data sheets and other technical information to form a professional Technical Submission document to underpin the formal quotations to clients Collation of technical and sustainability data to supplement LPA design submissions to assist clients with WELL, LEED and BREEAM compliance and aspirations Supplier/vendor management assisting with technical files For successful tenders, to create product codes and structures in NetSuite Pre-Programming Casambi controls and creation of wiring diagrams for install Aftersales Site visits to address quality issues Supporting the QA assessment of products returned from site to identify root cause.
Interfacing with suppliers as necessary About You You are a collaborative and proactive team player with a technical mindset, able to manage the demands of multiple concurrent projects, taking an initial enquiry, assessing its needs and creating a clear action plan to deliver what is required.
You have excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication as well as good with numbers.
As this role is technical, you will need an A level/diploma in engineering, design or similar qualification to set you up for success.
Although it is not essential, knowledge in lighting technology and it's application in buildings and/or some 2D/3D modelling software experience will be well regarded.
