In this role you will work on all technical aspects of the housebuilding projects.
Working on multiple live sites liaising with Architects, Engineering Consultants and sub contracts.
You will check working drawings, incorporate product information (kitchens, bathrooms etc), oversee NHBC and building regulation applications and handle any onsite issues.
The company are committed to developing their own workforce; therefore, offering additional training and support as well as opportunities to progress within the business.
The ideal candidate will have Architectural and Technical experience, working in the residential sector looking to join a medium size housebuilder who have a clear 5 year plan focused on elevating home quality and advancing sustainability.
