Role Description This role is responsible for defining and maintaining the client environment, client satisfaction and helping on-board new clients.
This pro-active role is pertinent to creating and maintaining our company standards library for best practice.
The position is responsible for identifying alignment issues using internal process and trends via ticket analysis, with the aim to reduce client issues.
This is a client interactive role that is both technical and commercial and requires constant communication with other areas of the business, namely Centralised Services, Service Desk, Accounts and the vCIO.
You will engage customers regularly in person to build relationships and become a trusted source for technological growth and identify gaps that will lead to solutions and requirements.
You will champion best practices around Cyber Security, staff cyber awareness training and assisting with customer achieving Cyber Essentials accreditation.
Reporting directly to the Finance and Operations Director.
This position would potentially suit an experienced technician that is looking to move into account management.
Requirements 5 Years experience within an MSP in a similar role Account Management and Sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Understanding of current technology and how its use can benefit SMEs and NFPs Understanding the importance of standards and aligning clients technology with best practices Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems and applications Good understanding of cyber security, specifically Cyber Essentials (Basic and Plus) Ability to visit customers in the South and Southwest.
