You will be working in a vital role within the workplace at the heart of the business in London.
The firm has a strong presence in Europe, so additional European language skills would be a bonus.
We are looking for a remarkable assistant who has a passion for their work, is highly organised, able to manage a busy workload, is well prepared, has a positive attitude, has a flexible approach towards work, and is a fantastic team player!
I.T Proficiency is a must - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams: Concur or a similar expenses package.Duties include:Diary management, extensive booking of meetings - managing the logistics of moving agendas, arrangement of travel and accommodation, including international events, etc.
Input and maintain expenses for the investment teamArrange and prepare for meetings, including printing and binding presentations and IT set up for video conferencing, if requiredProvide full administrative support to the investment teamProvide support to the administration team when required.
