Key Responsibilities: Performance: Build and manage a renewal pipeline, ensuring consistent client contact.
Take ownership of team KPIs and renewal targets.
People Management: Motivate and support team members through regular communication and feedback.
Deliver tailored training and coaching sessions to support personal development.
Build strong client partnerships, ensuring regular and effective communication.
Process Management: Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain high standards across all processes.
Resolve and minimise escalations, both internally and with clients.
Client Development: Shape campaigns to exceed performance expectations.
Monitor campaign progress and implement solutions for improvement where needed.
