ABOUT YOU You'll need senior-level care experience to join us a Team Leader.
You'll also have supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person.
As well as that, we'll look for a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
