**Amazing opportunity to work in a leading, corporate investment bank as a Team Assistant** £38-40k per annum Temp to perm Near St Pauls, Farringdon and Chancery Lane 9 am – 5 pm, 5 days in office   Do you have experience of supporting a busy team, with diary management and travel bookings, within a corporate environment?

My client, a leading investment bank, are currently recruiting for Team Assistant / PA to join their investment banking team.

What you'll do:  Diary management, coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time-zonesManaging high volume of phone calls and emailsCoordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and video calls across multiple locationsCoordinating travel arrangements for the team including visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookingsExpense managementTaking on ad-hoc tasks while maintaining workflowSupporting teams with day-to-day issues, needs and queriesProviding phone and holiday coverage for other colleagues  Who you are:  3+ years' solid experience supporting busy teams, is imperative as they need someone with some initial understanding of the day-to-day duties, in order for you to hit the ground running.Educated degree level would be highly desirableExcellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skillsAbility to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks and can demonstrate dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-taskDisplays a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, via Zoom and by email at various levelsComfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externallyMust be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environmentFlexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teamsBe resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issuesProactive attitude when managing diariesDiscretion to deal with confidential business mattersFriendly, polite and approachable with a "can do, muck in" attitude  If you feel you have the passion, personality and confidence to take on this amazing opportunity please apply now!Tiger is B Corp Certified.
