Job Description What's in it for you?
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing area of the business.  We are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Institutional team.
This individual plays a crucial role in supporting team operations, ensuring smooth communication, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the team.
You'll be working in a deadline-driven environment and will need to be well organised and able to juggle and prioritise your workload.
What will you be doing?
Diary and email management: arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings often requiring proactive resolution of diary clashes.
Monitoring and managing Outlook inboxes, including prioritising between urgent issues and responding where necessary to facilitate the working patterns of the senior team.
Booking rooms for meetings, arranging building access for external clients and organising catering for in-house client meetings.
Travel management: the sales team are often attending client meetings and events around the country or working overseas and the role will involve scheduling flights and trains and booking hotels and arranging itineraries - liaising with our travel agent partners where appropriate.
As well as general admin support to the sales team to make the roadshows a success.
Managing the team's corporate card expense submissions and raising POs for travel bookings.
Updating the travel and client entertainment budget tracker.
Updating the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) with client meeting notes to support the sales team when necessary.
Taking the initiative to solve challenges and proactively making offers of help.  The person will also be the connection between other teams and provide essential coordination with fund managers and their diaries.
Qualifications Qualifications Ideally, you'll have:  Desire to be part of a collaborative team, building strong working relationships and engaging in the success of the team beyond the direct role.
 Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
 Prior experience as an Team Assistant supporting internal and client queries.
The ability to solve problems, juggle several tasks at once and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced team.
 The ability to work collaboratively and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders, communicating progress and working with shifting deadlines.
