Job summary Are you able to deliver professional, flexible and efficient administration support?
We are looking for Administrators to join our friendly team withinNHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies.
The service provides talking therapies for people across Oxfordshire experiencing anxiety and depression and has recently been awarded further funding to expand the service.
This is a pivotal role within the Service as our Administrators are the first point of contact for patients wishing to self-refer.
This is a busy and rewarding role and you will be contributing to the overall patient experience of the service.

Main duties of the job You will act as the first point of contact for all patients wishing to refer themselves to the service via the telephone or online.
You will take confidential and sensitive information while processing the information on the team's electronic database.
You will work closely with the Senior Administrators to ensure all referrals are processed efficiently, data entry is accurately gathered and recorded and the service has administrative support.
You will also liaise with Health Care Professionals, external organisations and our local GP surgeries.
You will have: o Strong IT skills, we will provide you training on our bespoke patient management system PCMIS o Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a pleasant and polite manner o An ability to work as part of a larger Team and use your own initiative on when to seek guidance and support.

You will enjoyworking in a team who are the first point of contact with all our patients.
The Team works together to ensure that tasks are prioritised andcompleted in a professional manner.
It is essential that you have good IT and administration skills.
We will: Provide you with bespoke and mandatory training and on-going support Ensure you have regular supervision meetings with your Line Manager Support you to progress in your role Wellbeing Champion support within the Admin Team - organises events, training and get togethers for Admin staff This is a full time post but part time working would be considered, we also have an evening post working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 16:00-20:00.
Person Specification Knowledge Essential Ability to "type and talk" in order to take referral information and process referrals accurately and efficiently.
Experience of using Office computer programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
Desirable Working knowledge of using patient related electronic record systems, PCMIS & Rio.
Experience Essential Previous experience as an Administrator.
Desirable NHS Experience Personal qualities Essential Understanding of the need for confidentiality.
Dealing with clients in a caring and understanding way.
Desirable Ability to work effectively under pressure/with distractions.
