We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at one of our client schools based in Old Trafford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for flexibility and is interested in gaining experience in the education sector and making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
The successful applicant will be expected to start in January, and will be able to earn up to £100 per day, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students are engaged and focused on their work.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities to students, following the guidance provided by the teacher.
Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with their learning, providing assistance and guidance when needed.
Ensure that all school policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements: A passion for education and working with young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week (flexible as to which days).
