It is an opportunity for you to help shape the provision and develop the school to be the best that it can be.Job SummaryThe purpose of the Teaching Assistant is to support pupils with their learning and general wellbeing to ensure every child has the best opportunity to reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment.
Where necessary this may include supporting with positive behaviour management adopting a tailored approach to the individual child.To support teachers in all areas of the day to day running of the class seeking guidance and advice when requiredWorking alongside a class team to deliver purposeful and meaningful educational experiences for children and young people with a diagnosis of Autism spectrum and severe/moderate learning difficulties.Take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students according to the school's policies, including safeguarding.Please note that duties will vary and you will be expected to contribute to the overall aims of Aurora Rowan School when required, Please see the link below for our full job description:.
