Job Description We are looking for 1-1 Teaching Assistants to work next academic year with pupils from the ages of 4-11 who need support to maintain behavior or access the curriculum due to an SEN diagnosis.
You will work with schools we partner with and assist different pupils to be managed in the classroom environment and provide the support they need to feel happy, secure, and comfortable while pushing them to succeed and exceed expectations.
You will work with pupils who require additional support, working with them to manage their behavior as well as ensuring that they successfully achieve the desired outcomes of the day.
The role will be varied; providing support on a 1:1 and small group basis; ensuring that all pupils are meeting curriculum standards.
The schools require staff who have previous experience of providing this support but often find that previous Nursery Nurses, those with Degrees in Education Studies, and previous care assistants get on well in these roles.

Work Schedule Hours will be in line with school opening times (08:30-15:30), but days of work can be flexible, and occasionally just mornings or afternoons, but we will give you the opportunity to manage your own time around your own commitments.
