This full-time position is ideal for an individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to SEN students, assisting them with classroom tasks, social skills, and personal development.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement individualized learning plans and monitor student progress.
Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure cohesive support and a positive learning experience.
Essential Requirements: Prior experience working with SEN students, ideally in a teaching assistant or similar support role.
Strong understanding of SEN practices, with a patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to individual student needs.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo the check).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
