Job Description We're looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team at Underley Garden School, part of Options Autism.
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll directly support pupils with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.
You'll help prepare learning materials, run classroom activities, and provide hands-on experience with some supervision.
We welcome candidates from various backgrounds who want to support vulnerable pupils and young people.
No prior experience is required; we'll provide full training and development to ensure your success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have GCSEs C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
You'll also need a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Salary and Benefits The salary for this position is £23,000 - £30,000 per annum , depending on experience.
