At TalentCo, we build world-class teams for some of the UK's most exciting startups, scale-ups, and tech ventures, specialising in Go-To-Market and Tech talent.
We work extremely closely with a handful of clients on an exclusive-contingent basis and we're looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and people-focused individual to join us as the third member of our team.
As TalentCo's first Talent Sourcer, you'll play a key role in helping us identify and engage the exceptional talent that can take our clients to the next level as they scale.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone to jump head-first into a career in recruitment, learn on the job, progress quickly and make an enormous impact on TalentCo and our clients.
With constant ongoing mentorship and development, you'll advance quickly towards managing the full recruitment lifecycle as the business grows.

What You'll Do Source & Engage Top Talent : Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify high-quality candidates, creating tailored outreach messages that connect them with exciting roles aligned with their skills and aspirations.
Conduct Market Mapping: Build strategic pipelines of potential candidates and provide clients with insights on talent availability and hiring trends.
Advance to Full Lifecycle Recruitment: As you grow, you'll take on candidate screening calls, join client meetings, and eventually oversee end-to-end hiring for critical roles.
