We're looking for a Talent Manager on a 12-month FTC to join us in shaping the future of Yoto.
With big growth plans for 2025, we need someone who can help us find the best talent to fuel our journey, whilst also supporting wider People team projects where required.
About Yoto Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids.
We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads.
We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music.

Led by our People Director, you'll work closely with our Talent & People Manager, our Talent & People Assistant, and our Personal Assistant.
What you'll be doing : Working alongside our Talent & People Manager in scaling our headcount and building the foundation for rapid growth in 2025.
Recruiting the right talent for Yoto, owning the full talent acquisition process from attraction through to sourcing, screening, selection and offer.
Following our standard interview process, to ensure an inclusive process for all candidates.
Take pride in ensuring a great candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and bring the right talent into Yoto.
Build a strong pipeline of top-notch candidates through active sourcing and networking.
Drive our commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
Use data insights to improve processes and drive smarter hiring decisions.
Work on projects to boost Yoto's employer brand and make us a top place to work.
What you'll bring: Proven experience as a (generalist) Talent professional ideally in a fast-paced environment, growth environment.
Solid grasp of full-cycle recruitment, with a knack for proactive sourcing.
Experience partnering with senior members of staff across multiple functions and devising solutions that are bespoke to their needs and challenges.
You connect with people easily, build rapport, and develop trusting relationships quickly.
A pride in providing a high touch approach with candidates.
Data-savvy, using metrics and technology to guide decisions and improve processes.
A willingness to operate at both a strategic and operational level to support Yoto's growth.
Experience of operating in an international environment (particularly US and UK) is ideal.
A flexible mindset, motivated by getting stuck in and bringing ideas to the table outside of your 'lane'.
An interest in wide People initiatives, beyond just recruitment.
Desirable : experience using Teamtailor.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 based on experience What you can expect from Yoto: Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the office as much as possible, with a minimum of once or twice a month.
Take advantage of our 'work from anywhere' policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year.
