We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team, specialising in hiring top talent across Social Care, Construction, and Education sectors.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced recruiter who enjoys variety and is motivated by the opportunity to impact multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates.
Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for each sector (Social Care, Construction, and Education) to attract the best candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments, ensuring a clear understanding of staffing needs.
Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates qualifications and suitability for roles, and guide them through the recruitment process.
Create and maintain talent pools for each sector to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with HR and department heads to improve recruitment & On-boarding processes and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a track record of recruiting across different sectors (Social Care, Construction, Education preferred).
Strong understanding of the unique recruitment challenges and opportunities within these industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies across different industries simultaneously.
A creative and strategic approach to sourcing and attracting talent.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
A passion for helping organisations grow by identifying and hiring top talent.
