About the role This is an exciting and new opportunity to work with the Associate VP of HR based in London to build out the talent acquisition offering to the business across UK and EMEA.
This is a brand new role and will allow an experienced in-house talent acquisition specialist to map out a great end-to-end recruitment strategy and build on the hiring experience for stakeholders and an excellent candidate journey for new hires.
Majority of hires sit across the UK across the publishing and business support services, and roles will range from junior level to Director level.
This role will include direct hiring alongside the below additional responsibilities: Recruitment lifecycle – briefing, sourcing, selection to offer and pre-boarding Working with stakeholders on interview process design and delivery, supporting on interviews across senior roles.
Recruitment data, using the ATS to plan a data dashboard to ensure time to hire, cost to hire are reported and used to support commercial and workforce planning decisions.
Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion – creating an inclusive recruitment journey and working in partnership with external platforms to support their wider EDI strategy.
About you You will be an experienced in-house talent acquisition specialist used to recruiting a variety of positions and various levels across both corporate business support services and ideally within the publishing, media, or editorial/content delivery roles.
You will have proven experience working with an ATS and drawing relevant data for data reporting and commercial decision-making.
You will have experience delivering on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle review or implementation for improvement.
You will be able to demonstrate how you have integrated EDI recruitment best practices in your role and have the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders.
It is essential that you have worked in an in-house recruitment role as part of your most recent experience.
Salary: £65k + discretionary bonus and benefits Location: London – 20% in office per month (c. 1 day a week) The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
