Could you run the Tafarn Morlais in Llangennech, near Llanelli as a self-employed licensee?
The Tafarn Morlais is a great food led pub and consists of a cosy bar area and a large lounge/dining room both serviced from a well equipped commercial kitchen.
There is a large car park and a great outside area to the rear of the pub.
The pub has an experienced team of staff already in place and a well established trade.
The ideal candidate will have experience of running a busy food operation within a pub/hospitality environment and possess a range of leadership skills in order to drive this business forward.
You will need to lead from the front demonstrating exceptional customer service along with strong networking skills to engage with local businesses and organisations in order to fully exploit the sales potential of this site.
We are looking for operators  who can build strong links within the local community and have the drive to boost sales and drive the Tafarn Morlais to reach its full potential.
The site currently takes on average £10,000 per week on a 50/50 split but has the potential to achieve higher a week by targeting extra food and drinks sales.
What's in it for you?
A guaranteed annual retained sum of £25k, released weekly.
22% share of weekly sales, excluding VAT.
Low ingoing costs, deposits starting from £5,000 and £360 legal cost.
