Job summary TheSystmOne Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the development,enhancement, and effective use of SystmOne across our practices.
Your expertisewill help drive continuous improvements, ensuring our practices make the mostof this powerful clinical system.
Main duties of the job System Development: Design and enhance clinical reports, templates, and protocols within SystmOne to ensure the system meets the needs of the practice.
Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to users to resolve issues promptly.
Customer Support: Deliver training and onboarding sessions for staff to ensure smooth system adoption, along with ongoing support to improve user proficiency.
Resource Development: Create and maintain user-friendly training materials to empower users and promote self-sufficiency.

Job description Job responsibilities Key Responsibilities: System Development: Design and enhance clinical reports, templates, and protocols within SystmOne to ensure the system meets the needs of the practice.

Person Specification Experience Essential Strong IT skills with a proven ability to manage and optimise systems effectively.
Excellent communication skills with experience in delivering training and support to diverse user groups.
Proven ability to train and guide users on IT systems, specifically SystmOne.
In-depth knowledge of SystmOne and its application in Primary Care.
Ability to manage competing priorities, handle a diverse workload, and work independently.
Desirable Advanced knowledge of SystmOne and its advanced features.
Familiarity with Welby Innovate systems and processes.
Background in senior or managerial roles within General Practice.
Experience in system development and managing change within healthcare settings.
Advanced Excel skills.
