System Engineer

The Role Join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of defence technology.
This position focuses on managing and refining complex system requirements to deliver cutting-edge solutions for global maritime defence.
Collaborate with diverse teams to define, analyse, and validate requirements, driving high-quality and innovative project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and align system requirements with project goals.
Utilise advanced tools to track and maintain traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle.
Analyse and validate requirements to ensure they are comprehensive, feasible, and of exceptional quality.
Contribute to design reviews and assess how requirements influence system architecture and functionality.
Prioritise and manage requirement changes to adapt to evolving project needs.
Integrate requirements into broader systems engineering processes and facilitate communication across disciplines.
Attend internal and external meetings to provide expert input and shape project direction.
Maintain thorough documentation in line with operational procedures and industry best practice.
What We're Looking For Essential: A bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience managing requirements in complex systems engineering projects.
Proficiency with industry-standard requirements management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical skills for validating and optimising system requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable: Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Familiarity with industry standards relevant to systems engineering and requirements management.
