Based over two sites in Oldbury and Tipton.
They are a preferred packing partner to many global organisations.
This role will see the successful candidate drive growth through supporting various departments within the Group.
Working closely with the IT Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and maintaining various digital solutions across the organisation.
The System Developer role plays an essential part in helping to implement and maintain digital transformation within this traditional family run business.
Position Overview Actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements for new & existing processes/implemented technologies to determine if there is a need for changeRe-envisioning various business processes and understanding the role they play, implementing change to improve efficiencies through use of digital technologiesDrive system development, build and implement various process changes to meet dynamically changing business needsManager the wider impact of any process change & articulate to stakeholders pre and post changeDesign and implement quality of life changes, creating a fine balance between the needs of the system and the needs of the stakeholdersCreate various reports, dashboards, and data snapshots on request.
