This pivotal position will play a crucial role in supporting England Football Accredited Clubs in their journey toward sustainability, growth, and providing high-quality experiences for all players across the football pathways.
As the Club Development Lead, you will be instrumental in engaging with 2-star and 3-star Accredited clubs through the Thriving Community Club framework.
By aligning support services and fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration, you'll ensure that clubs are equipped to meet the demands of the modern game.
You will use data insights, such as Power BI, to assist clubs in adhering to their accreditation criteria and implementing targeted interventions where necessary.
