Job Overview: The Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
This role involves managing a team of care professionals, coordinating care plans, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the care sector, excellent leadership skills, and a deep commitment to providing exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities: ?
Lead and manage a team of care staff, including core and support staff.

Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements ?
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.

Handle escalated client or family concerns with sensitivity and efficiency.

Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to coordinate care services.

Recruit and develop care staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Conduct regular audits and prepare reports on service performance and client satisfaction.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure the service remains compliant and competitive.
Qualifications: ?
Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector.

Strong understanding of care regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage complex situations and make decisions under pressure.

Compassionate and client-focused, with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

Proficiency in care management software and other relevant tools.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
