Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects as needed, ensuring continuity in students' learning.
Maintain high standards of classroom management, adapting to new classrooms and groups with ease.
Follow lesson plans provided by permanent staff, or prepare own lesson content when required.
Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
Engage with students, fostering a positive attitude toward learning and building a rapport in each classroom.
Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or equivalent qualification.
Enhanced DBS check with clearance to work with children (current and up to date).
Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to teach across multiple subjects at the secondary level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach.
