Their key focus is all around sustainability, organic & natural substances to make their products stand out.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's business goals, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure optimal sourcing of high-quality ingredients.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overproduction, utilizing forecasting tools and analysis to predict demand accurately.
Streamline operations through robust processes and continuous improvement.
Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to support new product development and launch initiatives, ensuring alignment between supply chain capabilities and market needs.
Utilize supply chain analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports for senior management.
Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions, ensuring business continuity.
You are: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in wellness or consumer goods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
