- Oversee daily operations, including staff briefings, table management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Assist in training and developing team members to meet Salvis service standards.
- Manage stock levels, ensure cleanliness, and handle opening/closing procedures.
What Were Looking For - Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, ideally in an Italian or premium restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
