About The Role: A leading mid-to-large-sized architecture practice, known for creating inspiring spaces that transform communities and enhance everyday experiences, is looking for a Studio/Practice Manager to join their welcoming and friendly team in London.
This is an integral role within the practice, where you will work closely with directors and senior management to ensure smooth operational functions across the business, including other UK offices.
The ideal candidate will be confident as a go-to person for the wider practice and will have an approachable, personable, and positive demeanour.
You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with different teams to ensure seamless support.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the office operations and facilities administration for the studios Answering, and directing incoming calls Provide support to the senior team with diary management Support HR with staff development and training Support/manage any maintenance and facility requirements Manage health and safety in line with the company requirements Ensure stationary levels and studio items are maintained Updating company records, databases etc where required Ordering new equipment and assisting with set-up Support with wider team with project related administration Support with processes to maintain B-Corp certification Promote a positive, friendly and collaborative working culture Key Skills/Requirements: Demonstratable experience in a studio/office manager position within the architecture/built environment Excellent organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid IT skills with experience of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail Able to multitask and prioritise whilst maintaining composure Proactive in your approach with a can-do attitude To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
