- THE ROLE - Ulster Universitys new Student Engagement and Attendance System, SEAtS will be launched in AY 24/25.
This is a digital system that records student attendance for all learning sessions.
Its aim is foremost to monitor attendance to improve engagement to give the best result for students and provide a vibrant campus learning experience.
It also ensures comprehensive data is available for monitoring and to respond to regulatory attendance enquiries.
Working under the direction of a Timetable Planning Manager, you will play key role in how SEAtS develops and transforms our approach to student attendance and engagement.
This will include: - Leading an innovative, responsive and motivated team.
- Maximising the value of the SEAtS asset.
- Nurturing and supporting key stakeholders to support a successful and beneficial student engagement process.
