Structured Finance Lawyer - Senior Associate/Of Counsel We are working with an international firm that is looking to recruit a senior structured finance lawyer to work on securitisation transactions for fintech clients.
This is a role suitable for securitisation lawyers who have upwards of seven years' PQE and will be offered at senior associate or Of Counsel level.
We would like to see applications from structured finance lawyers with strong securitisation experience.
Applicants must be admitted to practice in a common law jurisdiction.
