Job Description What will you be doing?  As a Civil Structural Engineer , you will join Bristol team to support our activities within the Energy sector.  Your main responsibilities will be:  Design and analyse anchorages, foundations and supports for various civil structures within nuclear facilities, including reactor buildings, containment structures, and auxiliary buildings.
Responsible for the production of structural calculations and supporting documentation.
Conduct seismic analysis and design.
Conduct structural assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation detailing design specifications, calculations, and recommendations.
Who are we looking for?  Candidates with a minimum of 3  years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on structural analysis and design for both Steel and Reinforced concrete structures.    Experience with anchorages, foundations and supports for critical structures is highly desirable.
Candidates with prior experience with nuclear safety protocols and regulations is preferred.
You are...  Passionate about engineering  result-oriented  proactive Qualifications Experience, skills and qualifications required:  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural engineering, Nuclear engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations specific to the energy sector.
Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).
