Through collaboration and innovative solutions, we make a lasting impact on our organisation's success and individual growth About the Role To enhance a positive culture in our organisation and improve performance and engagement, this role involves implementing strategies, initiatives, and interventions that aim to improve various aspects, of the NMC including its structure, culture, processes, and people.
You will be empowered to work on your own agenda – with delivery being key.
This is an exciting time to work for the NMC and particularly the Organisational Development Team.
The Strategic Organisational Development Business Partner supports the achievement of our strategic objectives, taking a proactive and solution-focused approach to implement the priorities outlined in our corporate People Plan.
About You The ideal candidate holds a relevant Learning and Development qualification, preferably CIPD qualified or is in progress.
They bring coaching, mentoring experience, and a successful track record in complex change OD initiatives, as well as the drive and expertise to deliver a successful outcome for the NMC.
Proven collaboration with senior managers is essential, as is the ability to engage more widely across the organisation – our projects are often co-created with a high level of wider engagement.
We are keen to hear about your skills in this area, which may be Health & Wellbeing, leading employee engagement or developing training for a wider group.
Effective communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities are key, along with senior-level influencing and being resilient in challenging situations.
**Please note this recruitment is for 1 permanent role and 1 fixed term contract for 12 months**.
