Job Title: Stores Apprentice Apprenticeship Details: Level 3 Warehousing Apprenticeship, Gower College Swansea Location: On-site, Dafen, Llanelli   Salary:  £6.40/hr rising to NMW after 1 st year Hours per week : 31-40 Benefits: Holidays: 20 days per annum + bank holidays Company Discount Benefits Life Assurance Job Purpose: To ensure accurate and timely processing of all documentation relating to the smooth running of the stores facility.
   Specific Key Accountabilities         Input orders / delivers on the computerised system         Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and colleagues         Collect information to verify that the goods on the invoices were received into the warehouse         Carry out stock check and stock counting           Carry out all necessary administration as required by the company to facilitate the smooth running of the Warehouse operation.
          Maintain good housekeeping within the warehouse           General administrator duties           Carry out clerical duties which may include but not limited to:         Answering phones and routine calls         Answering and responding to emails         Maintaining files and filing, photocopying etc.
