Purpose of RoleThe Retail Store Manager acts as the "Business Owner" of the store and is responsible for merchandising, financial management, sales staff supervision, and overall store leadership. This role leads a team in achieving sales and profitability targets. The Retail Store Manager maintains operational and merchandising excellence to deliver a customer experience unique to Under Armour.
