Sr Principal Program Manager, Supply Chain Transformation

Overview The Strategy & Operational Excellence team is on a mission to improve both our customer and employee experience by transforming how we plan, buy, make, and distribute products in Waters Global Operations.

As a Sr Principal Program Manager, Supply Chain Transformation, you will be a critical interface between the global Capability Transformation Teams, responsible for delivering ground-breaking change (in, e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Direct Procurement, and Production Planning) and local Site Transformation Teams, responsible for implementation at the site.
This will require you to collaborate with, and influence colleagues across our global network, drawing on both your own Supply Chain and SAP domain knowledge, as well as the cross-functional team you will be work with, to craft, test, deploy, and drive adoption of new policies, processes, metrics, and systems.
Responsibilities Ensure timely and successful delivery of capability improvements by ensuring alignment on priorities and execution across the global Capability Teams and Site Transformation Teams Collaborate with Capability Team leaders to understand their objectives and roadmaps for motivating changes in processes, metrics, and supporting tools (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP APO, S/4 Hana) Collaborate with Site Leadership Teams to understand their objectives for driving improvements within the site / plant in relation to prioritized capabilities Support both Capability Teams and Site Transformation Teams by developing / maintaining aligned roadmaps, objectives, metrics/targets, and execution plans Establish and implement program management practices and tools to continuously improve project execution, tracking, and reporting across the portfolio Present outcomes, roadmaps, progress, etc.
regularly to stakeholders at all levels Identify, address, and report risks and critical issues to relevant leaders and steering committees Qualifications 7+ years progressive experience in managing large-scale, global supply chain / manufacturing operations programs and projects Experience driving Supply Chain process transformations Experience implementing / improving ERP systems (SAP ECC/APO, S/4 HANA) Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong influencing skills, proven ability to work across organizational boundaries driving change and harmonization across a global organization Results oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency.
