Location:   Chelmsford Salary: £85 - £120 per day Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language LSA to join our secondary schools in Chelmsford .
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students with speech and language difficulties.
As a Speech and Language LSA , you will play a vital role in helping students improve their communication skills, boosting their confidence and academic progress.
Key Responsibilities: Support students with speech, language, and communication needs in a 1:1 and group setting.
Work closely with teachers and the school's Speech and Language Therapist to implement tailored interventions.
Help develop students' speech and language abilities, including phonics, articulation, and vocabulary.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment to help students thrive.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the SEN team and classroom teachers.
The ideal Speech and Language LSA will have experience working with children who have speech and language difficulties.
You will be patient, empathetic, and committed to helping students achieve their best.
Qualifications and Experience: Experience in a school setting, supporting students with speech and language needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from professionals.
