Teaching Personnel, a market-leading education agency, is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive and supportive school in the Royston/Meldreth area from January 2025.
The Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
You'll work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to each student's unique needs.
This role is full-time and offers a temp-to-perm contract, providing a pathway to a long-term career in a rewarding educational setting.
