Specialist Industrial Commissioning/Service Engineer

Specialist Industrial Commissioning/Servicing Engineer Caltherm require a permanent Industrial Commissioning/Servicing Engineer based in Newcastle, Staffordshire, to help cope with an increasing workload.
The Company Caltherm design, manufacture and install Industrial Ovens, Driers and Furnaces, principally for use in the Aerospace Industry.
For over 40 years, we have supplied a huge range of industrial ovens with recirculation air up to 650°C and furnaces with multi-zone control up to 1300°c.
We design sophisticated custom-built solutions for loading, heating, curing and cooling applications.
Applicants should have experience in: Industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Industrial thermal systems and controls.
Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.
The job will entail: Commissioning Industrial Ovens and Furnaces (principally in the factory (ST5) but also on-site (Nationwide) Trouble shooting of thermal processing plants.
Identifying process problems and rectifying faults (both mechanical and electrical) Servicing Ovens, Driers and Furnaces.
Reading wiring diagrams and identifying electrical faults.
Occasional overnight stays mainly within the UK.
A salary of 50/60K per annum, + overtime + pension + expenses + fully funded Company Van is on offer if you are suitably experienced and looking to join a prestigious engineering company.
