Part-Time Office ManagerWe have recently registered a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Office Manager to join our client in offering part-time administrative support their Oxford and Mexico offices.
This hybrid role is perfect for an experienced Office Manager looking for an exciting and varied role, as you will be supporting both offices in wide variety of areas including HR, finance, operational issues, office management, and more!
If you are an organised administrator, confident communicating with people at all levels and accustomed to implementing new processes within an organisation then this could be the role for you!Part-Time Office Manager ResponsibilitiesOverseeing all day-to-day office operations including communicating with the operations team in MexicoSupporting in Human Resources tasks including onboarding, sickness, and holiday, and maintaining employee recordsManaging physical and digital compliance documentsServing as the first point of contact for visitors and clientsAssisting with accounting tasks and budget managementProviding administrative support for both officesPart-Time Office Manager RewardsOur client offers excellent benefits to their employees, including: 28 days holiday, going up to 29 after one year and 30 after 2, pro-rata-ed + bank holidays.Company pension contribution of 7.5%Health insurance schemeLife assuranceThe CompanyOur client is a leader within their field.Part-Time Office Manager Experience EssentialsThe ideal candidate should have proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in managing HR processes and documentation.
They must demonstrate excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential, along with knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and solve problems effectively under pressure.
Desirable qualifications include experience with office management software (such as Trello)Part-Time Office Manager
