Space Information Assistant £26,712 - £28,047 p.a.
pro rata Hybrid working available, based primarily at the City Campus when on site.
37 hours per week full time.
Part time or job share also considered About the Role The Space Information Assistant will support the Space Information team in managing the university's floor plans and building records and assist the wider Estates team in planning for future developments.
We are looking for someone with a good attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience of producing AutoCAD drawings to a high standard are required, as well as skills in data input and systems administration.
You will be required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of developments to the university's estate, working across all campuses as necessary.
You will ensure that estate changes are accurately reflected in AutoCAD floor plans as well as online Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and way-finding systems.
You will provide drawing support for the Estates Change Request process and space feasibilities, providing the best possible solutions and service for all customers.
You will also assist with the production of data returns and reports for senior managers and external bodies, so strong numerical and written communication skills are desirable.

From 2023, Confetti will be launching a second site in Whitechapel London, complete with a multipurpose, live events venue.
