What will I do?
You'll manage all aspects of the s pa from driving retail revenue, health & safety, ensur e the guests receive top class service whether they are receiving a single treatment or on a spa weekend break .
Managing a team, you will lead by example, work ing together alongside them as and when required and ensure the team are continually trained and delivering treatments to a very high standard .
Is this the role for me?
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualification Previous experience managing a Spa Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus!

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Hexham.
Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments.
