he Mandrake, a boutique lifestyle 5-star luxury hotel nestled in the heart of Central London, is seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Attendant to join our world-class spa team for its innovative new spa opening - DAMU.
DAMU will provide a one-of-a-kind spa offering, taking guests on a transformative journey of rejuvenation and renewal, where advanced treatments blend cutting-edge technology with timeless traditions.
Extending the hotels existing spiritual wellness offering, DAMU will offer a holistic approach, with the experiences targeting visible signs of ageing, and delivering unparalleled results in skin rejuvenation.
From head to toe, DAMU's treatments will restore vitality and promote holistic well-being What you'll do: The role of the Spa Attendant is responsible for the daily presentation and cleanliness of the Spa, areas including changing rooms, wet side facilities and back of house areas.
The Spa Attendant is also responsible for collecting and restocking amenities for all Spa guests.
You will also be responsible for walking guests through our innovative treatment journeys where necessary to explain to them the basic steps of the process and the health and safety briefing required.
You will have a flexible approach to requests and tasks during the launch of the spa and thereafter to help achieve overall success on the project.
