The restaurant offers great food with regular seasonal menu changes serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas and A La Carte dining.

They are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who can deliver the highest levels of quality food their refined customers.
They are looking for like-minded individuals who have worked in similar upmarket fresh food restaurants or luxury hotels with experience at Sous Chef & above level to join their team on a permanent basis.
