Part of a prestigious group which is owned by a highly acclaimed restauranteur, they are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to join their growing kitchen brigade of 16 ASAP.

As Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for up to 210 covers daily, fostering a positive working environment in the kitchen, and sharing your culinary knowledge with the team.
